Purpose and characteristics
The QS and QSB series small submersible electric pumps belong to wet type upper pump small submersible electric pumps, which work together in the water and are ideal tools for extracting groundwater. This pump has the characteristics of simple structure, small volume, light weight, high efficiency and energy saving, and easy installation and maintenance. Widely used for irrigation of farmland, water supply and drainage of industrial and mining enterprises, and domestic water supply for urban residents.

Conditions of Use
1. The water temperature shall not exceed 40 ℃
2. The power supply is 50HZ, 380V
Electric pumps should be used within the range of rated flow to 1.2 times the rated flow.
Structural characteristics
The QS submersible electric pump consists of four parts: motor, water pump, water supply pipe, and starting protector, with an upper pump structure. The motor is a sealed water filled three-phase asynchronous motor, and the water pump is a centrifugal water pump. The upper and lower ends of the motor are supported by sealed steel bearings, and the top of the motor is equipped with a sand control mechanism consisting of a skeleton oil seal and a sand control ring, which has good sand control performance.
The QSB submersible electric pump consists of two parts: the motor and the water pump. The water pump is centrifugal, using water lubricated bearings, and rigidly connected to the motor through a coupling. The motor is a closed water filled three-phase asynchronous motor. The winding adopts a water-resistant insulation mechanism, and the guide bearing and thrust bearing are both water lubricated bearings. A sand prevention mechanism is installed on the upper part of the motor to prevent mud and sand from entering the motor cavity.
